Delivery Charges & Payment Methods
🔹 Dhaka City – Home Delivery (৳70)
- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service within Dhaka City Corporation areas.
- Customers can check the product upon delivery and pay the delivery agent after receiving it.
🔹 Outside Dhaka – Nationwide Home or Courier Delivery (৳120)
- No advance payment is required for deliveries outside Dhaka.
- Customers can pay the full amount Cash on Delivery when receiving their order.
- Home delivery is generally available in thana (sub-district) headquarters, and delivery may take 3-5 days.
Return & Exchange Policy
We are committed to ensuring our customers receive the best quality products. However, in case of any issues, please note the following:
✅ Returns & Exchanges are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The request is made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- The product is unused, with tags intact and in original packaging.
❌ Returns & Exchanges will NOT be accepted if:
- The product has been used, washed, or altered.
- The return request is made after 48 hours.
- The issue is related to size preference (please check the size chart before ordering).
