2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders placed on Waazir are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Prices listed on the website are final, inclusive of applicable taxes, and may change without prior notice.
  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment methods.
  • For deliveries outside Dhaka, there is a ৳120 delivery charge, and no advance payment is required.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Dhaka City: Home delivery available for ৳70, with Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Outside Dhaka: Delivery via courier/home service within 3-5 days.
  • Waazir is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns & exchanges only under the following conditions:
✅ The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
✅ The request is made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
✅ The product is unused, with tags intact and in original packaging.

Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:
❌ Used, washed, or altered products.
❌ Return requests made after 48 hours.
❌ Size change requests (please check the size chart before ordering).

5. Product Information & Pricing

  • We aim to display accurate product descriptions and images, but slight color variations may occur due to screen differences.
  • Waazir is not responsible for typographical errors in pricing or product details.

  • You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our permission.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • Waazir is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our website or products.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved in Bangladeshi courts.
