Order Policy:

• Order can be placed for available Items/Designed only.
• Orders can be cancelled or refunded, for both Cash on Delivery (COD) & Online Payments.
• Home Delivery orders will be processed after the confirmation from our Customer Care representative.

Pricing policy:

• All our product prices are inclusive of VAT & TAX
• Price of a product might vary in different time in our store & website due to periodic promotional offers.
• Technical error in pricing information might take place due to system malfunction. In such situation, Swapon’s World has the authority to cancel the order. We apologize for any inconvenience that may occur.

Shipping Policy:

• Inside Dhaka: After Confirm the order delivered within 3-4 Working days.
• Outside Dhaka: After Confirm the order delivered within 5-6 Working days.
• Inside Dhaka: Delivery fee is 50 Taka.
• Outside Dhaka: Delivery fee is 120-150 taka.

We promise to deliver our products to all over Bangladesh (District to Sub-district level), Delivery time can be varying due to we are associated with the shipping company (3rd party Courier Service Company) to deliver orders. Hence, the delivery process is not completely in our control. We apologize for occurrence of any damage & promise to compensate for it.
